Os encontros reuniram educadores da rede p\u00fablica de ensino do Rio Grande e abordaram temas essenciais para a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso com a aprendizagem das crian\u00e7as nos anos iniciais.<\/p>\n<p>Em regime de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o, a Secretaria de Munic\u00edpio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Rio Grande tem proporcionado momentos formativos cont\u00ednuos aos professores alfabetizadores, com o objetivo de qualificar a pr\u00e1tica pedag\u00f3gica e fortalecer a rede p\u00fablica de ensino.<\/p>\n<p>As forma\u00e7\u00f5es do Programa Alfabetiza Tch\u00ea destacam-se por promover a troca de experi\u00eancias, a reflex\u00e3o sobre pr\u00e1ticas exitosas e o alinhamento de estrat\u00e9gias pedag\u00f3gicas que contribuem para o
