Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade atrav\u00e9s das unidades de Vigil\u00e2ncia Epidemiol\u00f3gica. \u00c9 regulamentada pela Lei n\u00ba 6.259 de 30 de outubro de 1975, que disp\u00f5e sobre a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es de vigil\u00e2ncia epidemiol\u00f3gica, sobre o Programa Nacional de Imuniza\u00e7\u00f5es, estabelece normas relativas \u00e0 notifica\u00e7\u00e3o compuls\u00f3ria de doen\u00e7as, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias. Atualmente, o Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (SUS) define a Vigil\u00e2ncia Epidemiol\u00f3gica, atrav\u00e9s da Lei n\u00b0 8.080\/90, como um conjunto de a\u00e7\u00f5es que proporciona o conhecimento, a detec\u00e7\u00e3o ou preven\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer mudan\u00e7a nos fatores determinantes e condicionantes de sa\u00fade individual ou coletiva, com a finalidade de recomendar e adotar as medidas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o e controle das doen\u00e7as ou agravos e a Portaria n\u00ba 204, de 17 de fevereiro de 2016, define a Lista Nacional de Notifica\u00e7\u00e3o Compuls\u00f3ria de doen\u00e7as, agravos e eventos de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica nos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade p\u00fablicos e privados em todo o territ\u00f3rio nacional, nos termos do anexo, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae0283a elementor-widget elementor-widget-advanced-text-block\" Esse grupo de doen\u00e7as encontra-se em franco decl\u00ednio, com redu\u00e7\u00f5es da incid\u00eancia. Algumas erradicadas ou em fase de erradica\u00e7\u00e3o (var\u00edola e poliomielite), o sarampo encontra-se eliminado e a meta da erradica\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 atingida ainda nesta d\u00e9cada para a raiva humana transmitida por animais dom\u00e9sticos, para a rub\u00e9ola cong\u00eanita e para o t\u00e9tano neonatal.<\/p><p>Entretanto, algumas doen\u00e7as transmiss\u00edveis apresentam quadro de persist\u00eancia, ou de redu\u00e7\u00e3o em per\u00edodo ainda recente, configurando uma agenda inconclusa nessa \u00e1rea. Para essas doen\u00e7as \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio o fortalecimento de novas estrat\u00e9gias, recentemente adotadas, que prop\u00f5em uma maior integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre as \u00e1reas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o e controle e a rede assistencial, j\u00e1 que um importante foco da a\u00e7\u00e3o nesse conjunto de doen\u00e7as est\u00e1 voltado para o diagn\u00f3stico e tratamento das pessoas doentes, visando \u00e0 interrup\u00e7\u00e3o da cadeia de transmiss\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Para o desenvolvimento de a\u00e7\u00f5es de preven\u00e7\u00e3o e controle, face a esta complexa situa\u00e7\u00e3o epidemiol\u00f3gica no Pa\u00eds, t\u00eam sido fortalecidos programas espec\u00edficos, como tamb\u00e9m desenvolvidas estrat\u00e9gias para detec\u00e7\u00e3o e resposta \u00e0s emerg\u00eancias epidemiol\u00f3gicas<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1472\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1472\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">N\u00daCLEO DE VIGIL\u00c2NCIA DAS DOEN\u00c7AS E AGRAVOS N\u00c3O TRANSMISS\u00cdVEIS (NVDANT)<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1472\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1472\"><p>A partir dos anos 60, as Doen\u00e7as e Agravos N\u00e3o Transmiss\u00edveis \u2013 as DANT \u2013 tornaram se as mais frequentes causas de mortes. Sendo que as transforma\u00e7\u00f5es sociais e econ\u00f4micas ocorridas durante o s\u00e9culo passado foram as respons\u00e1veis pelas importantes mudan\u00e7as no perfil de ocorr\u00eancia das doen\u00e7as de nossa popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Entre os fatores que contribu\u00edram para essa transi\u00e7\u00e3o epidemiol\u00f3gica est\u00e3o: o processo de transi\u00e7\u00e3o demogr\u00e1fica, com queda nas taxas de fecundidade e natalidade e um progressivo aumento na propor\u00e7\u00e3o de idosos, favorecendo o aumento das doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nico-degenerativas (doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, c\u00e2ncer, diabetes, doen\u00e7as respirat\u00f3rias); e a transi\u00e7\u00e3o nutricional, com diminui\u00e7\u00e3o expressiva da desnutri\u00e7\u00e3o e aumento do n\u00famero de pessoas com excesso de peso (sobrepeso e obesidade). Somam-se a isso o aumento dos traumas decorrentes das causas externas (viol\u00eancias, acidentes, envenenamentos e etc.).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1473\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1473\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">PROGRAMA DE IMUNIZA\u00c7\u00d5ES (SIPNI)<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1473\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1473\"><p>\u200bAs a\u00e7\u00f5es de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o coordenadas pelo Sistema de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa Nacional de Imuniza\u00e7\u00f5es (SIPNI) da Secretaria de Vigil\u00e2ncia em Sa\u00fade do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade e t\u00eam o objetivo de erradicar, eliminar e controlar as doen\u00e7as imunopreven\u00edveis no territ\u00f3rio brasileiro.<\/p><p>O Programa foi criado em 1973, regulamentado no ano de 1975 pela Lei n\u00ba 6.259, de 30\/10\/1975, e pelo Decreto n\u00ba 78.231, de 30\/12\/1976, representando um instrumento destinado \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira contra doen\u00e7as que podem ser evitadas com o uso de imunobiol\u00f3gicos, incluindo as vacinas.<\/p><p>Atualmente, o SIPNI preconiza a vacina\u00e7\u00e3o para a fam\u00edlia e, al\u00e9m da imuniza\u00e7\u00e3o de crian\u00e7as, oferece tamb\u00e9m a vacina\u00e7\u00e3o para adolescentes, adultos, idosos, povos ind\u00edgenas e popula\u00e7\u00f5es com necessidades especiais.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1474\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1474\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">VIGIL\u00c2NCIA EPIDEMIOL\u00d3GICA DE VIOL\u00caNCIA<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1474\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1474\"><p>A viol\u00eancia \u00e9 considerada pela Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial de Sa\u00fade (OMS) um s\u00e9rio problema de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica da atualidade. Tem sido objeto de an\u00e1lise acad\u00eamica e de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas no campo da sa\u00fade, dada \u00e0 import\u00e2ncia da magnitude das mortes e interna\u00e7\u00f5es e impactos gerados na sociedade, em especial nas fam\u00edlias. Em tese, nenhum sepultamento deveria ocorrer sem pr\u00e9via emiss\u00e3o da DO.<\/p><p>O SIM constitui importante elemento para o Sistema Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Epidemiol\u00f3gica, tanto como fonte principal de dados, quando h\u00e1 falhas de registro de casos no Sinan, quanto como fonte complementar, por tamb\u00e9m dispor de informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as caracter\u00edsticas de pessoa, tempo e lugar, assist\u00eancia prestada ao paciente, causas b\u00e1sicas e associadas de \u00f3bito, extremamente relevantes e muito utilizadas no diagn\u00f3stico da situa\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>As informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas pela DO tamb\u00e9m possibilitam o delineamento do perfil de morbidade, no que diz respeito \u00e0s doen\u00e7as mais letais e \u00e0s doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nicas n\u00e3o sujeitas \u00e0 notifica\u00e7\u00e3o compuls\u00f3ria, representando, praticamente, a \u00fanica fonte regular de dados.<\/p><p>A an\u00e1lise dos dados do SIM permite a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de importantes indicadores para o delineamento do perfil de sa\u00fade de uma regi\u00e3o. Assim, a partir das informa\u00e7\u00f5es contidas nesse Sistema, pode-se obter a mortalidade proporcional por causas, faixa et\u00e1ria, sexo, local de ocorr\u00eancia e resid\u00eancia e letalidade de agravos dos quais se conhe\u00e7a a incid\u00eancia, bem como taxas de mortalidade geral, infantil, materna ou por qualquer outra vari\u00e1vel contida na DO, uma vez que s\u00e3o disponibilizadas v\u00e1rias formas de cruzamento dos dados.<\/p><p>Portaria n\u00ba 72 de 11 de janeiro de 2010, estabelece que a vigil\u00e2ncia do \u00f3bito infantil e fetal \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria nos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade (p\u00fablicos e privados) que integram o Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (SUS).<\/p><p>Lei n\u00ba 6.216, de 30 de Junho de 1975, que disp\u00f5e sobre os registros p\u00fablico.<\/p><p>Portaria N\u00ba 116, DE 11 de fevereiro de 2009, regulamenta a coleta de dados, fluxo e periodicidade de envio das informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre \u00f3bitos e nascidos vivos para os Sistemas de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es em Sa\u00fade sob gest\u00e3o da Secretaria de Vigil\u00e2ncia em Sa\u00fade.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a003f40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-toggle\" data-id=\"a003f40\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"toggle.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle\" role=\"tablist\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1671\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1671\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">OBJETIVOS<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1671\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1671\"><p>Criado pelo <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a style=\"color: #339966;\" href=\"http:\/\/datasus.saude.gov.br\/sistemas-e-aplicativos\/eventos-v\/sim-sistema-de-informacoes-de-mortalidade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>DATASUS<\/strong><\/a><\/span> para a obten\u00e7\u00e3o regular de dados sobre mortalidade no pa\u00eds. A partir da cria\u00e7\u00e3o do SIM foi poss\u00edvel a capta\u00e7\u00e3o de dados sobre mortalidade, de forma abrangente, para subsidiar as diversas esferas de gest\u00e3o na sa\u00fade p\u00fablica. Al\u00e9m desses, podem ainda ser calculados indicadores cl\u00e1ssicos voltados \u00e0 caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o geral de uma popula\u00e7\u00e3o, como a taxa bruta de natalidade e a taxa de Ambiental.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>N\u00e3o mate o animal, mantenha-o em observa\u00e7\u00e3o preso, fornecendo-lhe \u00e1gua e alimento, por no m\u00ednimo 10 dias a contar da data da agress\u00e3o.<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Caso o animal agressor venha adoecer ou morrer, comunique imediatamente a Vigil\u00e2ncia Ambiental para que possa ser feita a coleta de material para an\u00e1lise e n\u00e3o o enterre.<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>\u00c9 responsabilidade do paciente fornecer telefone correto e dados que auxiliem na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do animal agressor como informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o propriet\u00e1rio (quando houver).<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Caso o animal agressor n\u00e3o seja pass\u00edvel de observa\u00e7\u00e3o, a Vigil\u00e2ncia Epidemiol\u00f3gica entrar\u00e1 em contato com o paciente para encaminh\u00e1-lo \u00e0 unidade de sa\u00fade para que seja iniciado o esquema de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o antirr\u00e1bica.<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\">Como funciona a vacina antirr\u00e1bica?<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-5004\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-5004\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00c9 uma vacina de cultivo celular, potente e segura;<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>N\u00e3o h\u00e1 contraindica\u00e7\u00e3o para gestantes, lactantes, ou imunodeprimidas. Sempre que poss\u00edvel, recomenda-se a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o do tratamento com corticoides e\/ou imunossupressores, ao se iniciar o esquema de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDOSES E VIA DE APLICA\u00c7\u00c3O\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Via intrad\u00e9rmica;<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Dose \u00e9 de 0,1mL em cada bra\u00e7o;<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>S\u00e3o recomendadas 4 doses da vacina (dias 0, 3, 7 e 28).<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>N\u00e3o h\u00e1 tratamento comprovadamente eficaz para a raiva. Poucos pacientes sobrevivem \u00e0 doen\u00e7a, a maioria com sequelas graves. Por isso, caso a Vigil\u00e2ncia Epidemiol\u00f3gica recomende que seja necess\u00e1rio iniciar o esquema de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o antirr\u00e1bica compare\u00e7a a unidade de sa\u00fade indicada e complete o n\u00famero de doses recomendadas pelo profissional de sa\u00fade, pois esquemas incompletos n\u00e3o conferem prote\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div regulamentado no ano de 1975 pela Lei n\u00ba 6.259, de 30\/10\/1975, e pelo Decreto n\u00ba 78.231, de 30\/12\/1976, representando um instrumento destinado \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira contra doen\u00e7as que podem ser evitadas com o uso de imunobiol\u00f3gicos, incluindo as vacinas.<\/p><p>Atualmente, o SIPNI preconiza a vacina\u00e7\u00e3o para a fam\u00edlia e, al\u00e9m da imuniza\u00e7\u00e3o de crian\u00e7as, oferece tamb\u00e9m a vacina\u00e7\u00e3o para adolescentes, adultos, idosos, povos ind\u00edgenas e popula\u00e7\u00f5es com necessidades Para fazer uso desses imunobiol\u00f3gicos, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio realizar pedido na Vigil\u00e2ncia Epidemiol\u00f3gica situada na Rua Almirante Barroso, 166 apresentando os seguintes
